What about shipping and delivery?

Currently we only ship within Greece. Shipping is free for all orders over €30, for orders under €30 there is a €4.50 charge. We fullfill all orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. As soon as an item is fullfilled you'll receive you shipping confirmation which includes your tracking number. You'll receive regular updates by email. We then ship all orders through our courier partner (ACS) and delivery should take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri). Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (ACS).Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

How can I pay?

You can pay securly by credit card (visa, mastercard, diners and american express), by paypal, by bank trasfer or by cash on delivery.

Where can I find your products?

You can find Spirito Rosa jewellery only at our own brand stores and shop in shop. You can find all locations here.

How do I return/cancel an order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

The items returned must be unworn, in the same condition they were received by the customer and in their original packaging (in its initial condition).

For all returns and/or cancelations you'll need your invoice or product exchange card.

Shipping for returns/cancelations is free within Greece and only if sent through our courier partner (ACS) and charged to our account (which will be provided to you as soon as you inform us of the return/canceltation).

You can also exchange a product in one of our brand stores excluding the airport store and the Attica shop-in-shop. We cannot process refunds for online purchases in our physical stores.

Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL).

Can I purchase tax free?

At the time being we do not offer that option online. You can shop tax free at our physical stores.

What materials do you use?

The main ingredients for our lovely jewellery are 925 Silver and Stainless Steel as well as Precious & Semi-precious gemstones, Fresh-water cultivated pearls and high grade cz.
